Microcurrent Facial
Our Microcurrent facial specifically addresses tired and sagging muscles in the face. This may not be noticeable as it creeps up on us over time as we age. The muscles then begin to get lazy and sag. The microcurrent treatment applies an electric charge to the muscles targeted to stimulate them and help tighten and lift them back up, like a facial workout. We recommend avoiding perfumes, harsh skin care products, makeup, and deodorant the day of treatment and harsh peels at least the week prior.to the treatment area. We cannot treat an area that has been waxed 7 days prior to treatment. Avoid over exposure to the sun as treating an area with a sunburn could cause discomfort during treatments.

Avoiding unprotected sun exposure after treatment and to always apply a broad spectrum SPF 25 or higher is recommended. We recommend allowing your skin to breathe after your appointment. Avoid makeup, step away from your regular skincare routine for the day, and try to keep your hands away from your face. For the first 24 hours using a gentle cleanser or moisturizer is recommended.

A hydrofacial combines cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, hydration and antioxidant protection that removes dead skin cells and impurities, while simultaneously delivering moisturizing serums into the skin. They are both the same treatment. Hydrafacial is a trademarked term connected to that particular brand of machine being used. Both use water combined with cleansers and suction to exfoliate and cleanse the skin.
Dermaplaning is completely painless and it may even be a relaxing part of your self-care regimen, you may not want to do it too often. We would recommend doing it once or twice per month but not any more than that since doing it more often can irritate the skin, cause dryness, or make you more prone to sunburn due to the deep exfoliation that comes with the procedure.
Microdermabrasion uses micro-crystals to peel off a thin layer of skin. Through friction, layers of the skin are removed, making the skin even and reducing the visibility of the scars and bumps
Each of our facials will help with acne as they all have deep cleansing and exfoliation as part of the treatment. However, the PhotoFacial is one of the most recommended facials for treating acne due to its ability to get under the skin killing acne causing bacteria, paralyzing overactive oil glands in the skin, and tending to swollen acne lesions. No other facial has that ability to accomplish this in such a non-invasive way.
Microcurrent facials have immediate results that peak on the third day and last about 3-6 weeks. They also work cumulatively so you will see a difference over the long term if you continue treatments. Once you reach your goals you can the do maintenance treatments spaced about 6 months apart depending on how your facial muscles react.
